How we deal with your Phone Calls and Emails.
PHONE CALLS
We usually try to pick up all phone calls that come into the office between 9.30 and 4.30 on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.
However, with the volume of enquiries that we get every day, there will still be occasions when you will find yourself talking to our answer-machine.
We do not take calls on Fridays because this is the day we use to keep up with administration tasks
You will also get the answermachine if all of our lines are busy, or if we are having a staff meeting. If you happen to call and hear the answermachine please leave a clearly spoken (not too fast) message together with your name and return telephone number. Someone will return your call as soon as possible.
If you are calling from outside of the UK, please allow for the time difference when anticipating a return call.
EMAILS
Although the volume of enquiries is always very high, we always try to deal with emails promptly, so if you are an existing client and haven't had a reply within a few days, please check back with us.
If you have just contacted us for the first time with an enquiry, you might have to wait for a few more days to hear back from us as we tend to give priority to our existing clients. However, we never ignore emails, so if you don't get an expected reply it is likely that our response has been blocked.
Please check your junk mail and to be sure to get our emails, please add us to your safe senders list. Anti-virus software is so quick these days to strip attachments and block emails that we might be trying to reply to you and send you requested information that is just not getting to you.
